* Candidate Must possess a current, valid drivers license(Class D preferred) and be able to pass a drug screen, background check, & agility test *
o Line Cleaning – train and assist with cleaning draught systems with approved products
o Maintenance – perform minor repair/replace work to draught systems
o POS – place permanent and paper POS
· The On Premise Sales Rep will follow a structured account call frequency.
· Sales Rep will report market activities / issues to the On-Premise Sales Mgr. who will also be the direct supervisor. The On Premise Sales Manager will oversee and manage daily activities.
· Sales Rep will be required to attend the monthly on-premise sales meeting.
· Sales Rep will be assigned various training classes. (web based / on the job) Rep must adhere to all BA rules and guidelines.
Skills/Qualifications:
Handles Pressure, Giving Feedback, Competitive Nature, Self-Management, Punctual, Draught Beer Training / Knowledge. Sense of Urgency.
Comply with legal guidelines, safety requirements and all standards and policies of suppliers.
Ability to sit, stand, walk and drive.
Ability to lift and carry 10 to 75 lbs.
Ability to push/pull, climb/balance, stoop/squat/kneel, bend, reach, grasp and manipulate objects.
Ability to work in various temperature environments.
Operate electric pallet jacks and lift gates.
Clean driving record.
Compensation: $0.01 per week
